Marc Bistricer

Mr. Bistricer founded Murchinson Capital Management in October 2012 and serves as its Chief Investment Officer. Prior to establishing Murchinson, from 2004 to 2012, Marc was a Portfolio Manager at a Acqua Capital, a Toronto based special situations hedge fund. During this time, he managed a diverse range of strategies, including distressed debt, fixed income, and single issuer bespoke structured financings. Marc received a Bachelor of Talmudic Law at the Mir Yeshiva in Jerusalem, Israel in 2004. The Mir Yeshiva is one of the largest and most prestigious Talmudic institutions in the world.
