Mark Lichtenstein

Chief Legal Officer

Mr. Lichtenstein joined Murchinson in 2021 as General Counsel. Prior to joining Murchinson, from 2020 to 2021, he served as Legal Counsel at Plaza Corp, a real estate development firm. From 2019 to 2020 Mark articled at Oxford Properties Group, where he completed a rotation at OMERS Infrastructure Management and a secondment to Torys LLP. Mark received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College in 2016, where he graduated summa cum laude.
